Facility info
Appointment required — they enforce this strictly. Don't check in right at appointment time (marked late). Check in 2 hours before instead. Won't load without appointment; non-appointment waits can hit 9-10 hours. Load times vary widely — 45 minutes to 2 hours for clean trailers with appointment. But some report 5-8 hours, occasionally longer. Slow loads are common enough to plan for delays. Trailer cleanliness is non-negotiable — they inspect hard. Dirty trailers get rejected and you'll be sent out to clean. Weather striping, interior debris, all of it matters. Drivers sweeping trash into street — facility has trash/cleanup issues. Drop and hook available — some live loads, some pre-loaded. Can be quick (15-30 min) or slow depending on circumstances. Gate/check-in process — 45-min gate delays reported. Choose your line when arriving. Head to office on left, provide load/broker info. Trailer inspection happens. Facility staff generally helpful with directions. Staff attitude is inconsistent — many positive reviews about friendly, professional people. But graveyard shift has been reported as rude and unwilling to load near closing time. Security and some personnel have been reported as unpleasant or discriminatory. Tight backing when busy — not extreme, just be aware. Drop trailer delays are a real problem — trailers from Monroe, LA loads can sit 3-5 business days (sometimes longer). No communication on pickup timing. Owner-ops especially affected. Overnight parking — street parking available on S. East Ave near entrance when not busy. Not clear if facility lot parking available. Hours — Monday 6am-midnight. Saturday closes 6am. Multiple appointment failures reported — loads canceled after long waits, appointment conflicts with actual load times.

No Overnight Parking. Fifth Wheel Truck Stop/$8 Park 3 miles away. TA 15 miles away. If you need somewhere to park the office will give suggestions where you can park. BEFORE COMING HERE MAKE SURE THE INSIDE OF TRAILER IS CLEAN! I arrived at 3:30am for my 1pm appointment, parked at the gate and to your left you will see the office. Walk inside and check in. The office will instruct you on what you need to do, open your trailer doors and slide tandems to rear, you will pull up through the gate, there will be three lanes, pull forward into one of the lanes, the yard dog will go behind your trailer to inspect inside, the yard dog will come straight to you and give you a dock door. Once in dock door, dolly down, disconnect from trailer, pull forward. 4:30am, yard dog knocked on my door to let me know I’m done being loaded and to go back to office for bills. You can either walk or bobtail to office, I bobtailed back to office, signed for my bills, attached back to trailer, across from docks is the exit, I was out. Simple in and out process. Took me in very early, thanks!😊
