I got here an hour and some change early For my appointment I waited almost Eight hours to get loaded And I had to drive all the way through the night to be able to make the appointment for the next day Period I don't like mismanagement I don't like companies that hold drivers on the dock And we're losing money by the hour when you keep us there period As the owner operator I will not be coming back here and loading any of your products. When drivers are late you charged me late fee. When you're late to get us loaded we don't get any compensation we just lose money.

After arriving, I went directly into the shipping office and checked in at the window with my pickup number. The staff was professional and quick to get me processed. I signed the required paperwork, received my trailer number, and was given clear instructions on where to go next.<br><br>I was directed to the trailer lot across the street, where I dropped my empty trailer and hooked to my preloaded trailer. The load was ready upon my arrival, so there was no waiting involved. I was also informed that drivers can complete a 10-hour break in the trailer lot if needed, which is a nice convenience.<br><br>No driver’s license was required during my visit, and they did not inspect the trailer cleanliness or fuel level.
Very disappointed with this warehouse. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but they kept me waiting for 11 hours before loading my truck. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful when I asked for updates. There was no communication and no respect for drivers' time. This was a complete waste of my day. I will never come back to this facility and would not recommend it to other drivers.
