Facility info

Appointment scheduling: Appointment required. Will sometimes take you early if ready. Check delivery/load number before leaving facility (6-digit number needed for some loads). Live load vs drop/hook: Both available. Live loads typically 20 minutes to 1 hour. Drop and hook available. Check-in procedures: Check in at door 58 or receiving office (around door 30). Walk in and wait for staff to assign dock. Must have 6-digit delivery/load number. GPS may not recognize address—use 1300 Barrow Industrial Pkwy, Auburn GA instead. Take first driveway all the way back. Wait times: Most reports 20 minutes to 1 hour. Some waits up to 3 hours depending on day and forklift operator availability. One driver reported 5-6 hours (significant outlier). Generally fast operation. Safety/procedures: Slide tandems, open doors, back into dock, disconnect red air line. Clean up your trash when unloading. Overnight parking: Available outside gate on right side of driveway or on roadside near entrance. Allowed before/after appointment. Facility conditions: Clean, plenty of backing room, nice grounds. Staff: Consistently described as friendly, professional, nice, helpful. Generally accommodate early arrivals and flexible on timing. Other notes: Shipping/outbound closer to gate. Receiving further back (~half building length). Gate is only entry/exit. May need to pull out loaded trailer and reposition empty. Navigation can be confusing first time—driveway not clearly marked.
