I wish I could give this place double 0 stars we had a 5pm reservation was not seated u til around 645 this plus was extremely overbooked so bad to just be seated we opted to go outside which we really had not choice food took hours to come 4 out of the 16 people plates came on top of that it started to rain now we have to come back inside holding our plates they told us they found a table but behold 2 other families are walking to the same table as well at this point they offered us upstairs not only is it hot outside but inside as well because the AC is out this placed should have closed down for the day I will say our server Cj was great and the hospitality manager as well the 30% should have really been 50% off everyones ticket with the horrible atmosphere this place is truly overrated and problematic I will never patronize this business again!!

Was very excited to try the Sugar Factory but left very disappointed. Made a reservation, still waited 35 minutes for a table. Food is highly overpriced and mediocre at best. Our waitress was very nice, but no one there seems to know what's going on, operating in chaos. Bathrooms were nasty as well. Got cheeseburger sliders, one shake, and an appetizer trio and spent $100. The coffee and pastry shop across the street, however, is great!
