Facility info

Live unloads: 3-12+ hour waits are common. Unloading done manually, box by box, which explains delays. Staff counts every piece. If you can get drop and hook instead, do it. Drop and hook: Generally fast—20 minutes to in-and-out reported. Preferred option. Check-in: Guard shack handles paperwork and assigns drop slots. Usually smooth. Morning check-ins (6am range) can have significant delays before unloading begins. Staff: Mostly courteous and organized. Some reports of rudeness at counter, but office staff generally professional. Guard shack friendly. Parking: Limited overnight parking at gate (some spots available). Can park along entrance walkway/sidewalk. Bobtail parking available. Facilities: Bathrooms at door 24. Vending machines. Yard is organized and well-maintained. Bottom line for live loads: Budget 6-10+ hours minimum. Bring food and snacks. This is a manual unload operation, not a quick turn. Drop and hook is dramatically better if available.
