I visited this location tonight to process a return and was refused the use of a cart by an employee stationed at the entrance — a male associate wearing glasses. Providing carts for returns is part of the standard returns process, and refusing to do so is a direct violation of that policy.<br>As a result, I had to physically drag multiple heavy bags and boxes inside on my own, which caused me physical strain and could have led to injury. This is completely unacceptable.<br>This incident has been reported to Shipt and escalated to upper management. I expect this to be addressed and corrected immediately. Drivers should never have to risk injuring themselves due to an employee’s refusal to follow proper procedure
