  ****HELD HOSTAGE****<br>LESS THAN ONE STAR****<br>This is the WORST place I’ve EVER been to. I only had 11 pallets. It’s almost like they’re going from truck to truck just taking one pallet off every 30 to 45 minutes. Unloading 11 pallets took almost 4 hours. Looks like I got lucky after reading some of these reviews.<br><br>Appointment times apparently mean nothing. I was told by the receiving department that they stop receiving at 11 AM but one of the comments says 1 PM. However, you can go in as early as 4 AM. Either way, you’re still going to wait. You can call the number listed in overview and choose the option for RECEIVING.<br><br>Total disregard for drivers hours. Like we’ve got nothing better to do with our time. PATHETIC!<br><br>No issues with any staff members. They were all very respectful, nice and not rude like some of the comments say. Don’t go taking your anger out on them. They have nothing to do with the loading and unloading process. Take it up with the WAREHOUSE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR.<br><br>****BEWARE**** of LUMPER FEE. $487.00 to unload 11 pallets.<br><br>UPDATE: They had six warehouse workers that were loading/unloading. They pulled five of them for loading and only one guy was unloading 5 HOT trailers by himself. I sure hope they’re paying that poor guy enough money.

  Mui mal servicio desde las 4 de la mañana hasta la 1 de la tarde en puerta descargando y te cobran el descargue sin aún aver empezado a descargarte no se lo recomiendo a nadie pésimo

  4 am appointment got here at 3:45 am. This place doesn’t get in a hurry to get you out. Be prepared for them to waste your time and the lumper fee charge is outrageous 😠it is now 8 am and I’m still waiting for them to finish unloading the trailer
