Appointments required — not FCFS. Call ahead if running early; they'll work you in if possible. Only load/unload 1 hour before appointment time. Hours: 7am–3:30pm (changed from 24-hour operations). Receiving 6am–9pm per older review. Live load/unload: Live load. Must stay in driver's lounge during loading/unloading — non-negotiable. Don't break your seal; they handle it. Get bills from driver's break room. Check-in procedure: Enter through shipping door, turn left down hall to drivers lounge, check in at shipping/receiving window on the right. Stay in office until someone acknowledges you — signing clipboard alone doesn't count. Have your pickup number ready. Load times: Consistently 15–40 minutes, many under 30 minutes. Will take you early if dock availability allows. Overnight parking: Available, spacious yard with room to maneuver. Clean facility. Restrooms: Inside, clean, available for drivers. Microwave in break room. Staff: Consistently described as professional, friendly, hardworking, kind. Few complaints about attitude. Yard conditions: Clean, plenty of room to back. Easy to navigate. One operational note: At least one driver cited confusion about mandatory indoor waiting requirement during load/unload — clarify this at check-in if unsure.
