Facility info

Load/unload speed: wildly inconsistent. Range from 12 minutes to 8+ hours. Some drivers report in-and-out under 30 minutes; others sit 5-7 hours waiting to start. No clear pattern—same facility, different experiences. Appointment scheduling: Stick to your time. Some facilities won't even let you park if you're early or don't have the right load number. Receiving open until 10 PM. Live load vs. drop and hook: Both available. Drop and hook option exists but can be difficult depending on dock availability. Check-in: Gate security checks seals. Office check-in required before dock. Early arrivals sometimes expedited, sometimes told to wait outside. Phone lines don't always answer—show up in person. Wait times: Unpredictable. Can range from immediate to 8+ hours. Multiple reports of being ready 10 hours early or significantly delayed past appointment time. Recent construction may have affected access. Facility: Clean, nice-looking place. Good lighting reported but some mention poor parking lot condition with potholes. Friendly staff overall. Driver restrooms available. Scale on property. Overnight parking: Not available. Dock doors: Can be a bottleneck. Arriving early doesn't guarantee quick access. One report of 4-hour wait just for a door. General: Mix of "best place ever" and "avoid at all costs" reviews for the same facility. Inconsistency is the main issue. Some routes move fast; others don't. Facility appears to have multiple entrances—use correct one for your load.

Dry van, full truckload. 1000 Brewbaker address (there is another building at 1010 Brewbaker). Open delivery window 7a-7p according to my freight broker. I arrived the night before at 8:15pm and was empty in 20 minutes. Friendly and quick.

No overnight parking here. There is a new truckstop called Lindy’s being built where you exit off of I-70, but as of March 2026 it is still under construction and not open yet.
