  This place has streamlined their check in procedure since my last review. Drive in along the East side of building, then check-in is in the back on the South side. Present CDL to security guard and give pick up number. They then give you another check in number and send you to your dock. Back into dock then give check in number to shipping office and make sure to provide two ratchet straps in trailer to secure cargo. Loading takes about 2 hours. Friendly staff. Be careful driving out due to “no trucks” sign on Rojas Dr and curbed median in the road preventing a left turn from facility exit. You’ll need to loop around in the facility lot then turn left to exit the area.

  Workers were all friendly, but check in was cumbersome. Security guard had to give me directions since entrance was not well marked, then I was sent to the wrong dock. Had to drive to second dock in another building and check in again. Once in correct dock loading took under 2 hours. Overall good experience but this company needs to improve communication between shipping office and gate guards so drivers are sent to correct building and dock the first time. Had to ask for a second copy of BOL, which they provided. Also be cautious of no truck signs on local roads on the way in and out, most likely put up before these new buildings were constructed.
