Facility info

Wait times all over the map — ranges from 30 min to 5+ hours. Some drivers loaded/unloaded in under an hour; others sat 3-5 hours past appointment time. Appointment scheduling exists but doesn't guarantee timing — early arrivals sometimes get loaded immediately, other times doors are full. One driver with 3pm appointment wasn't done by 7pm. Drop and hook operation — yard driver drops/pulls trailers. Dock space is tight and has gotten worse. Multiple complaints about inadequate spacing between trailers and yard driver competency issues. Check-in at guard shack — standard procedure. One report of dismissive/rude guard during weekend delivery; another praised gate guard professionalism. Overnight parking available — bobtail only in main lot, or can drop trailer and rebook to nearby Walmart (~5 miles). Some trailers left overnight and retrieved by facility in morning. Live load/unload available — one driver completed 9am live unload by 8:30am. Staff attitude mixed but mostly positive — shipping window staff consistently praised. Some reports of friendly, helpful, respectful crew. One report of poor customer service and dismissive security on weekend shift. Facility cleanliness generally good — described as clean, covid safe. Food options poor per multiple drivers. 24-hour operations claim questionable — weekend security reportedly slow/lazy.
