Facility info

Appointment only — arrive 30 min before scheduled time, not earlier. Early arrivals sent to staging area. Strict about timing. Live load operation — drivers must stay in driver lounge during loading/unloading, not in truck. Load times — typically 1–2 hours, but can stretch to 3–4 hours depending on volume. Some loads report 45 minutes to 1 hour. No overnight parking — plan accordingly. Check-in procedure — call phone number listed at break area with load info. Have correct P/O numbers ready. Trailers must be clean or rejected. Dock assignment — may hold trailer at door while waiting for dispatch call to assigned dock. Facility amenities — designated truck parking (don't block), provides broom and shovel to sweep trailers, rolling reciprocal available. Mexican restaurant nearby. Staff — generally friendly and professional, but second shift shipping department has received multiple complaints about rudeness and unprofessionalism. Phone receptionist sometimes impatient. Dock staff — loaders typically fast and efficient once you're assigned. Documentation — BOL format requires specific structure (sections starting with 4, divided into 20, 23, 4, 10, etc.).
