APPOINTMENTS & CHECK-IN Appointment required (starts with T). Can check in 1 hour early maximum — don't arrive before that or you'll be turned away. Have appointment code handy and driver's license ready. UNLOAD OPERATIONS Drop and hook — yard jockey moves trailer to dock. Expect 1-3 hours for palletized loads on good days, but 6-15 hours is common. Wait times are highly inconsistent and unpredictable. Staff won't provide reliable ETAs. No live unload guarantee — you may sit idle for hours while dock operations creep along. WAIT TIMES Brutal and variable. Documented waits: 9-12+ hours regularly, some 15 hours. Drivers checking in at 5-9am still waiting past 2-5pm. Even small loads (2-7 pallets) take 5+ hours. Local drivers reportedly get priority, extending waits further. Management doesn't appear concerned about driver time. OVERNIGHT PARKING No overnight parking on property. SAFETY & PROCEDURES Safety vest required. Tractor tandems must be deployed before parking in assigned bay — you do this at your parking spot, not the dock. Staff opens trailer doors and removes seals. You'll be called when trailer is ready. STAFF & ATTITUDE Mixed. Some drivers report polite, patient staff. Majority report indifferent, uncooperative attitude toward driver time concerns. Gate staff noted as friendlier than dock staff. FACILITY CONDITIONS Limited parking (2-3 spots outside between truck and employee entrance). Facility uses trailers as temporary storage — contributing to slow operations. BOTTOM LINE Highly unreliable. Plan for 6+ hours minimum. Bring food and patience. If you have scheduling flexibility or can find alternative loads, do so.
