If you’ve got a live unloading here prepare to sit 4+ hrs. Warehouse workers are really lazy

I arrived for a delivery 30 minutes before scheduled time.. and was given a door right away. There out to lunch from 10:30 am to 11:00 am...iI had to switch doors after I had already unhooked but no biggie at all....so far I've been here going in 3 hrs and still waiting. I wish I could go in and unload it my self. The place is , clean and spacious though. The check in lady was extremely helpful, kind and cooperative! Thank you mam...

Why is this place so difficult to get in contact with, you can't even call the front office.
