Facility info

Operations Appointment system exists but appointment times aren't firm — get in line early. Live unload (roll stock paper primarily). Check-in: put paperwork in slot by dock 14, hit buzzer, wait in truck. Paper rolls go to back of building around left side. Unhook red air line, slide tandems, chock wheels, lower landing gear before docking. Wait times highly variable — anywhere from 20 minutes to 6+ hours depending on truck volume and staffing. Some shifts turn trucks away when over capacity. Facility experience No overnight parking. Bathrooms: porta-potty near rollstock dock, rarely maintained and not conveniently located. Facility can be confusing on first visit — multiple dock doors (1-12+), need to drive past them to back area. Yard jockey and receiving staff generally friendly and professional. First shift generally faster than other shifts. Evening and night shifts operate but slower. Staffing appears to be the bottleneck — often one person unloading during peak times. Reality check This facility is genuinely inconsistent. On good shifts you're in and out in 15-30 minutes. On bad shifts you're waiting 5+ hours. The difference appears to be staffing and shift. First shift typically better. Daytime without specific staffing can be brutal. One forklift operator (Don) is repeatedly praised for speed, professionalism, and going above and beyond. When he's working, experiences are significantly better. Without him, facility can be a time sink. If you must come, arrive early morning or ask if he's scheduled.

To the folk life operator named big Don with the beard who filled in today to unload the Truckers much appreciated. Am sure the other position you fill in you kill it as well

Idk about “donny” on dayshift. But, whoever is here after 17:00 has zero urgency. On the dock at 18:00 . 3 hours before they even start working on me. Can’t get anyone to come to the cage to speak to, went in and hit the buzzer 3 times before anyone acknowledged I was even there I’ve only been here a handful of times. Waited several hours each time. Baring some sort of breakdown or catastrophe happening, There is absolutely no reason for this with roll stock deliveries. Takes 20 minutes tops to unload 6-8 rolls. If it’s gonna take 3-5 hours, at the very least offer a restroom
