ROUTING Ignore GPS through Toledo—follow truck route signs. Use Business 20 (not Highway 20 through town). Town has 60ft restriction. Multiple reports of getting lost or stuck without proper directions first visit. Recent reports indicate I-5 to Highway 20 is now open for trucks (widened). CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Gate 3 is truck entrance—small sign behind trees, easy to miss. Stop at stop sign, walk to guard shack in marked crosswalk. Park and walk—don't drive past. Drop and hook facility, 24 hours. Appointment scheduling strictly enforced. Safety vest required. Check-in procedure not clearly marked—multiple complaints about lack of signage and conflicting instructions from staff. WAIT TIMES Highly variable. Reports range from 30 minutes to 10+ hours. Live unloading takes 5-10 hours. Yard hostlers move slowly—20 minutes per drop/hook typical. Single guard shack creates bottlenecks. Drop and hook generally faster than live loads. TRAILER STANDARDS Facility is strict about trailer condition. Will reject for minor damage (small dents, plate repairs). Rejected trailers sent to local mechanic—$100/hour labor. Older trailers may face additional scrutiny. OVERNIGHT PARKING Limited. Dirt lot available behind plant (ask guard for location). Recent reports indicate no longer available or severely limited. Overflow lot on-site if you ask guard. Closest alternatives: 5 miles away (3-truck capacity) or 50 miles to truck stop on I-5. FACILITIES Bathroom in trailer described as dirty, unusable. No food available on-site. No shower. Limited to no cleaning services. STAFF Mixed reviews. Some guards described as helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Gate 3 guard shack staff (particularly female staff working early mornings) reported as rude, condescending, yelling at drivers, nitpicky about procedures. Security inconsistent—some personnel more accommodating than others. One male staff member described as helpful with weight issues. SCALES On-site scale available. Reports indicate it may be slightly inaccurate—check against CAT scale if weight is close to

For Live unloading you may need to spend 5-10 jours here. Lazy process of live unloading.. Yard hostlers are too slow. 20 minutes just to drop and hook trailer.
