APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED Appointments mandatory—won't work with walk-ins. Most facilities will accept early arrival but won't dock you until appointment time. Agents/brokers may promise early delivery, but don't count on it. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Stop at yellow line before main gate, don't pull up to gate. Walk paperwork to guard with: driver's license, truck and trailer license plates, DOT number, and seal number. Have these ready before approaching. LOAD/UNLOAD TIMES Majority of loads 45 minutes to 1 hour. Many early arrivals processed early if dock available. Mixed reports: some in and out under an hour; others report 2-7 hours despite appointment. Facility operates only one dock door at a time despite having 40+ doors available. OVERNIGHT PARKING Very limited. One spot on facility driveway before gate. Additional parking reportedly available at warehouse across the street. No guaranteed overnight parking. RESTROOMS Available on-site. STAFF Security gate staff attitudes heavily mixed—some drivers report very friendly and helpful; others describe as rude, arrogant, and unnecessarily difficult. Warehouse loading/unloading staff generally reported as efficient and professional. FACILITY CONDITIONS Yard has loose pallets and nails scattered around—drive carefully. Generally organized. Safety-conscious about documentation and gate procedures. OTHER NOTES Bulkheads/packaging left in trailers—gate staff may refuse to dispose. Wood pallets left after loads; drivers responsible for removal.
