OPERATIONS Appointment-only facility. Don't show up early—won't take you. Live load. Check-in procedure: employee greets you on arrival, takes pickup number, assigns dock. Trailer manufacturer requirement: trailers built before 2004 won't be loaded. WAIT TIMES Highly inconsistent. Range from under 1 hour to 8+ hours at dock. Most common complaint: 4-7 hour waits. Some drivers report being assigned dock but seeing zero movement for hours. Understaffing or prioritization issues frequently cited. Occasional faster loads (1-3 hours), but don't count on it. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Small waiting room only—drivers cannot sit in trucks during load. No public restrooms. No overnight parking (nearby Pilot/Love roughly 1 mile away). Tight docks, difficult backing in some cases. Staff attitude mixed: some drivers report friendly, professional personnel; others report indifference and rudeness.
