Receiving hours 4 AM–5 PM, first come first serve despite appointments — appointment times mean little in practice Live unload only, typically 20 minutes to 2+ hours depending on load and congestion Check in required but backing into dock before checking in is acceptable and expected when doors are available Tight entrance — blind side backing required, narrow to navigate Extremely tight dock spacing — difficult for 53ft trailers with sleeper cabs, doable but requires careful maneuvering No overnight parking officially, though some drivers report parking at other dock doors on weekends as a workaround — not guaranteed, have backup plan No restroom facilities or portable toilets for drivers Staff attitude mixed — check-in staff sometimes rude or dismissive, warehouse/lumper staff generally pleasant and efficient Receiving clerks frequently late opening doors after 4 AM Lumper fees charged — some reports of double-charging per vendor Building signage hard to spot; look for Sun-Run logo on corner, enter via first driveway (doesn't look like truck entrance) Doors numbered 1–7 on left side of receiving entrance Early arrival sometimes beneficial (get door priority), but expect wait times regardless No shower facilities

It’s ok.. typical tiny cramped up California warehouse/crossdock.. Coremark works out of this warehouse to supply their local community.. box trucks and day cabs in here.. I am at least 78 ft.. made it in with a little boy scouting.. I got there early took a door.. they unloaded me first! It was fast clean no OSD.. they called me at green light (confirm empty). Got paper work buttoned up the back.. exit out around front of building because all drivers lined up to get in doors. I was out in 1.5 hours. There are definitely worse places.. it’s not perfect.. got paid layover plus miles!

Very unprofessional staff. Check in office girl is very rude behave. One of the mexican chubby guy he is very nice behave even not unload or load ur truck but talk very nice to you<br>Give one star for the check in person but the loading or unloading person is very nice give 5 star to them<br>Very humble request to core mark company plz need to talk with there check in employees. However we are drivers working same way they are working don't need to show attitude to the other person if drivers are here thats why they getting job otherwise send them home and take rest<br>Thanks
Really tight on all of the doors. But definitely doable. They charged me 2 separate lumper payments. When I asked they said its for 2 vendors. But it was unloaded all at once. So why 2 lumper? Scam artists at its finest
Narrow to get in entering blind side backing into docks no overnight parking but people were pleasent and helpful amd prompt
