Facility info

WAIT TIMES Most loads take 12-48+ hours. Many drivers report 24-36 hour waits as standard. Appointment times mean little—loads frequently aren't ready at scheduled pickup. Some lucky runs load in under 12 hours, but don't count on it. No reliable communication on load status; calling gets transferred around or no answer. OPERATIONS Drop and hook only—you drop your trailer, bobtail across the street to wait. Live loads don't happen. Mandatory trailer washout ($10 for shower if available) required before drop. Check-in process can take 45+ minutes even with few trucks ahead. Security/guard shack staff variable—some friendly, many rude, especially night shift. Reefer tanks must be at least 3/4 full or they won't process you. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available across the street in dirt lot. Portable restrooms on-site—enter at your own risk. One building has a restroom, closes around 4 pm. No shower facilities except truck wash across street ($10). Lot is large with room to maneuver. Cell reception (Verizon/AT&T) is weak. Town has Mexican restaurants, Dollar General, grocery store, laundromat nearby. Truck stops 10-14 miles away. STAFF & COMMUNICATION Front desk/security polite at face value but shipping department disorganized and unreachable. Staff attitude ranges from friendly to rude, inconsistent. No transparency on load status. Contradictory information common—told load is ready when it's not, or loaded hours ago but not called. Loads sometimes missing or misplaced on yard. QUALITY ISSUES Trailers occasionally picked up with incorrect seals. Short loads and loading errors reported. One driver's load was reloaded after delivery due to improper packing. Facility has damaged trailers. Load securement and USDA compliance issues noted. BOTTOM LINE Chronic disorganization and severe delays. Bring food, water, entertainment. Accept this load only if you need a 34-hour reset or hourly pay. Don't rely on getting out on time. Small percent of runs go smoothly—most don't. Facility doesn't respect driver hours or time.
