  -VRE Recipient here-<br><br>After receiving the S12XD 8-Drawer Tool Box and the 456-piece Intermediate Automotive Toolset, I can confidently say I am beyond satisfied with both the quality and overall aesthetics.<br><br>Tool Box<br>This is my first full-sized tool box, and it has not disappointed. Its sturdy construction highlights a rugged, durable design that gives me no doubt it will serve me well for years to come. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that the bottom-most, extra-deep drawer tends to catch slightly on the left side when first opening.<br><br>Tool Set<br>After a thorough inspection, I’ve found very little to critique. The ratchets feel strong and well-built, while the sockets strike the right balance—durable without being overly bulky or cheap-feeling. Every hand tool reflects top-tier manufacturing standards, and the included foam organizing system adds tremendous versatility and usability to the entire setup.<br><br>Closing Thoughts<br>I want to personally thank everyone at Sonic and the teams who work tirelessly to put these fantastic tools into our hands. A special thank you goes to Bailey Pearson, who guided me through the VA’s red tape with patience and dedication. Bailey is a person of the highest caliber and a true advocate for veterans.<br><br>Because of this experience, I will continue to return to Sonic for all my future tool needs.

  I was steaming mad when I had to do a warranty for a tool book bag and I was at first given about $90 too short credit for the actual purchase price since they don't make the book bag anymore I'm right when I was about to make a bad review I decided to call customer service and I spoke to Blake Blake made the resolution fair fast and now I will be purchasing more tools and trying out Sonic overall in my industry of automotive Blake is the great guy who I just point will be saving a customer long-term thanks Blake and Sonic tools for hiring service representatives that will step in and resolve situations

  Fantastic fit and finish, great customer service team that will help get you set up for success. Tools are fantastic have been using them for years and the foam inserts are perfect to keep organized. Greats products.

  I assume the company makes great tools as I have seen many reviews but they have aweful communication and customer service. I ordered tools in April of 2022 they were not listed as out of stock on the website unfortunately they were and that is where the nightmare begins. I was given an in stock date which has come and gone. I have seen sales come and go, asked to have sales applied to my purchase and told that would only delay my order further and now have continued to have to remind the company that I again have seen my in stock estimate come and go for a 3rd time almost 7 months after my purchase. No offers to exchange for a equivalent in stock set or even an apology. Unacceptable way to treat customers
