Live load only — check in at gate, report to shipper, dock assignment given when they're ready (not when you arrive) Appointment times are unreliable — expect delays of 12-17+ hours routinely; several drivers report appointments not honored at all Staging/parking extremely limited — small gravel lot, often crowded, trailers randomly positioned making backing difficult Load times highly unpredictable — ranges from 1.5 hours to 24+ hours; most reviews cite 12-18 hour waits Staff attitude inconsistent — some reports of friendly, efficient personnel; multiple complaints about rude front desk/office staff and gate security; one serious safety incident reported (violent attack on property with inadequate security response) Restroom access problematic — not readily available to drivers; some denied access, required paperwork/escort to use No overnight parking guaranteed despite small lot — facility allows 10-hour breaks but lot fills quickly Safety/facility concerns — fly infestation reported, poor dock lighting, trailers blocking access, loads improperly placed in wrong equipment Empty reefer trailers must arrive clean, washed out, and full of fuel — trailers inspected Trailer washout available 4 miles away if needed Early arrival (day before appointment) may help but no guarantee of timely loading eLog drivers particularly at risk due to unpredictable wait times exceeding available hours Chicken product facility
