Appointments don't mean much — expect 4–8 hours past appointment time, sometimes 12+. Showing up early won't help; facility won't dock you until they're ready. Extremely slow loading/unloading — consistently 6–8 hours for standard loads. Staff reportedly hide to avoid work; "behind on production" is the standard excuse. No overnight parking — lot is off-limits. Street/side parking behind building available but strict enforcement. Washrooms available. Check-in is straightforward — fill paperwork at gate, get dock assignment, wait for green light. Easy access to facility. Service quality wildly inconsistent — some drivers report fast turnarounds and polite staff; others describe rude, dismissive employees and complete indifference to driver time. Don't call dispatch for ETA updates — staff reportedly gives false information; just plan for a very long day. Load quality issues — pallets sometimes inadequately wrapped; products have arrived damaged.

I had an amazing experience here for my pickup. The front desk ladies were super nice and helpful. Also, they were also able to get me loaded early. No complaints!!!
Check in 1 hour before my appointment and got a dock right away.. was out of the dock in less than hour and half..
I’ve been here a few times. Before I ever came here I read the reviews, there’s a nice mix. From my experience with this facility I have had great treatment. Read all the notes on the windows. Check your appointment times, a lot of brokers will lie to you and it is not the people at the shipping/receiving windows fault. They have a job to do, space can be limited in facilities and if they have too much it will stay on your trailer. Welcome to trucking! A little common sense and understanding and your experience will be way better everywhere you go. This facility is clean and plenty of room to maneuver to get into your spot. The only real downfall here is no over night parking.
