Was going to give it three stars but the lady at the front desk really nice really friendly really cute..... Arrived 0830 for 0900 appt. Was in door at 0845. Didn't start loading until 0950 (which was strange since I was only one in door out of 8 with 7 other trucks waiting.....). Loaded and paperwork in hand by 1030. They will ask how much weight you can haul so be prepared to answer that
I was late but they load me in 4 hours. No late fee
Been here since 8 am no door because I was late truck broke down now I’m being penalized 4hours in
