Facility info
Staff consistently friendly and professional Loading/unloading typically fast when trailer accepted (often under 2 hours) Trailer cleanliness is a hard requirement — facility has strict standards and will reject trailers multiple times if they don't meet expectations. Drivers report rejections for coffee smell, minor dirt, condition issues Appointment scheduling available but arrivals earlier than scheduled time accepted Live unload operation Check-in procedures straightforward when trailer passes inspection No overnight parking on-site; nearby truck stops within 11 miles Restrooms available and clean Communication challenge: can't reach a real person; phone options not updated; hours of operation not clearly posted Inspect your trailer thoroughly before arriving — rejections cause significant delays
Driver reviews
Quick unloading
Unloading time from check in to check out usually less than 2hrs
Nice place specially Geo the guy in charge.
Unload quick. Lady at the desk is polite and very nice. Easy in and out. Plenty of space for large cars. No overnight parking I'm aware of but you can park in the medium if you get there the night before delivery. If you don't mind being in the middle of the road. Worse case. Within 11miles theirs plenty of truck stops with plenty of parking so don't stress it.
