Dear drivers, you will lose at least 4-5 hours of your time at this address, there is always a big queue and the workers here take money from the drivers behind and skip the queue!

let me amend my past review, its still 1 star, not because the fork lift operators, not because of the recieving clerks, its because of their safety guy marty, he provides no solutions, he is not smart enough to be safe and proactive. he is rude, disrespectful and generally a despicable human being. this site has broken 2 trailers within 2 weeks. Personally, if marty knew how to do his job, he would be requiring brokers to require trailers 5 years or newer, their equipment is heavy( guessing over 8000 lbs, the individual product delivered here is heavy(paper rolls over 6000 pounds). this is a lot of weight distributed over 4 small tires, which can and has broken wood floor trailers, it broke my trailers floor, a week prior to me it snapped a trailer into 2. After personally buying tow straps and dragging the last paper roll to the back of my trailer, marty still wanted to refuse to unload the last roll, even though the forklift didn't even really have to come onto my trailer anymore. You can try to talk to marty, but he does like to cut people off while they try to explain anything to him. He is rude, ill-mannered and disrespectful. to put the icing on the cake, the last time I was there I most likely got a flat in a steer tire in their unmaintained staging area that has pot holes big enough to get a truck stuck
