Facility info
Wait times wildly inconsistent – ranges from 5 minutes to doors to 14+ hours. Live loads particularly problematic, often 8–12 hours. Some drivers report quick turnarounds; others get stuck in "work-in" status with significant delays. Appointment required – system in place but not always honored. Late fee ($250 for loads returned; unspecified charge for arriving 30+ minutes late). Confirm appointment time with dispatcher; discrepancies between driver and facility records create frustration. Drop and hook vs. live load – facility prioritizes drop-and-hook Tyson loads. Live loads get slower treatment and longer waits. Ask your dispatcher which operation applies to your load. Check-in procedure – report to office with driver's license or company ID. For Tyson drops: check in, proceed to gated drop yard (right of entrance), security verifies fuel level and seals trailers, return to office for signed bills. Overnight parking available – diagonal spots on left side of building. Tight lot; back up fully into staging areas to avoid blocking bay access. Bathrooms, vending, microwave on-site – limited facilities. One review mentions no bathrooms at this location; conflicting reports suggest facilities may vary or have been added/removed. Staff attitude mixed – office staff generally friendly and professional; dock/forklift crew unpredictable. Some drivers report rudeness, disrespect, or apathy. Security can be intrusive or rude. Lot is tight – tight maneuvering space. Go slow. Back up fully into staging areas to maximize room for others. Nearby parking alternatives – BP truck stop ~1 mile away with small dirt lot behind it; Americold facility <1 mile away. Loading accuracy issues – multiple reports of overweight loads (80k+). Facility charges drivers rework fees to correct facility mistakes. Requires scale tickets from external scales (~40 miles away). Process creates significant out-of-service time and repeated charges. Reefer requirements – incoming empty reefers must be clean, washed out, and full of fuel. No nearby fuel stations – fill up before arrival. **
Driver reviews
Yard jockey working Sunday evening 7!19 needs to learn some manners. Disrespectful and unhelpful.
No overnight parking! They only receive at night and ship during the day. Staff is friendly but the have zero tolerance for onsite parking.
🌟THEY DO NOT ALLOW OVERNIGHT PARKING.🌟

I arrived at roughly 22:00 for a load appt time at 13:00 the next day. They said I cannot stay on site and had to go to the truck stop down the road (which isn't actually a truck stop). If I remember to, I'll update once I'm allowed on site to load.

Thank you to the people that put a heart on this. It reminded me to edit this. I wasn't there for too long. I did see other people that I arrived after, still there when I left though. So it seems very hit and miss.
