Facility info

APPOINTMENT & CHECK-IN Appointment required, strictly enforced — early arrivals may be turned away. Check in at PD 9 door (rear/white doors). Have ready: CDL, driver's license, trailer license plate, trailer number, tractor unit number, pickup number. Some drivers report 15+ minutes waiting at check-in window; others note quick processing. LOADING TIMES Highly inconsistent. Range from 1 hour to 8+ hours for same volume. Some get loaded immediately after check in; others wait hours for dock assignment even with appointments. Mondays reportedly worse. Once at dock, actual loading can be fast when staff attention engaged. DOCK & PARKING No designated truck parking area for waiting. Congestion common during busy times. Overnight parking available (no gates). Hard to locate correct check-in door — signage lacking. Tight backing situation when facility busy. Some car parking in dock approach area. FACILITIES No public restrooms for drivers — hard stop complaint across many reviews. No portable toilets offered. Truck stop 1 mile away (Pilot/Speedway nearby). STAFF & SERVICE Mixed bag. Most interactions described as friendly/courteous once attention obtained. Some reports of slow/rude office staff and long waits for paperwork after loading complete. HAZMAT Hazmat card required for Canada loads. PARS sticker needed. HOURS Shipping stops around 5-8:30 PM. 24/7 operations reported as of early 2023 but verify.

If you have appointment, they don’t care and you have waiting at least four hours for pick up

Shipping and receiving is at the Northeast corner of the building, PD9. They want your driver's license and your trailer license number. If loading thru will give you a dock. Back in, slide your tandems, disconnect red air. When you get the green light pull forward enough to shut your doors and wait on the loader to seal it. Make note of your seal number you'll need to initial it on your paperwork. Once it's sealed, go back inside to get your paperwork. I might have gotten lucky but it only took them about an hour to load me. It was prolly because I was wanting a nap. They do have an outhouse for us low life drivers now. The people I talked to were nice. You do need two load locks or straps. Over all my experience here was fine.
