Facility info

Appointment Required Pickup by appointment only. Early arrivals sometimes accommodated but not guaranteed. Live Load Wait Times Consistently 4-7 hours for loading/unloading. Some loads ready faster (2-3 hours) but this is exception, not rule. Wait times frequently exceed promised appointment windows by 2-4+ hours. Drop and Hook Drop trailer on street (typically 2nd Street, Madison Street, or alongside building). Park bobtail on designated street or designated lot. Facility calls when loaded. Retrieve trailer from Morton Street lot. Generally faster than live load but still subject to delays. Check-In Park on street, walk to shipping office. Office opens after 0800. Check in at receiving office at Crosby and East 2nd. Wear safety vest required. Parking Limited overnight parking nearby. Some street parking available but facility doesn't provide dedicated overnight lot. Safety/Yard Conditions Tight yard with limited maneuvering space. Over 100 trailers in lot—hard to locate yours after loading. Facility sometimes parks trailers in confusing secondary locations. Yard dogs present for movement. Staff Attitude Highly inconsistent. Some staff described as pleasant and professional. Multiple complaints about rude, hostile behavior from shipping office and security personnel, particularly morning shift staff. Several drivers reported being yelled at or treated disrespectfully. Equipment Concerns Drivers report missing load straps and load bars after pickup—facility removes them during loading and doesn't return them. Recommendation: remove your own straps before loading. Other Facility receives pulp/raw materials and ships paper products. Operates 24/7 receiving office (some reviews cite this). Navigational confusion common—no clear signage for procedures or parking. Multiple separate entrance points add to confusion.

This place honestly deserves a 0 star. I parked my bobtail by the shipping office and a guy walked out furiously yelling at me letting me know to park on the street. I did just that and proceeded inside to check in. Waited 20 minutes at the glass window to be acknowledged by that same guy. Super rude and unprofessional with his stomach hanging before him. Wouldn’t come back here for the world. Anyhow, if you’re doing drop and hook drop your trailer on Madison St and exit then make a left at the left and another left. Once you receive the paperwork, exit make a right and make another right on the 2nd right on Morton st. Good luck truckers and be ready to be tested both mentally and morally.

3pm to 10pm loading<br>They hide the trailer so that the driver can't find it later, they don't let you sit down, you wait a long time, they specifically give you a second parking space so that you can't find your trailer, but you gave them a notice. Why did it take so long? I immediately changed it as soon as I arrived, because I didn't understand how they treated me.They did this to me on purpose because I gave them a warning why I was waiting here for 7 hours Why are they taking my time they didn't give me a seat I waited 20 minutes they didn't tell me the wrong parking spot so I had to look for a trailer for a long time Although I never went to them it was all calm I was waiting for weed then they called I came gave me the documents and it started wrong parking no seat they started hiding my trailer I don't understand they are a little nervous and not very friendly
