Facility info

Location: South side of US322 from I-295, first building on left after making left turn—drive to back of building. Operations: Appointments required Drop and hook available Check-in: staff directs you to correct dock after asking what you're hauling Be patient during check-in process Live unload operations available but reportedly slow—trailers can sit multiple days without being emptied Staff unfamiliar with handling multiple trailers Facility Experience: Brand new building Significant access issues getting into facility 4-hour+ delays common (appointment times not being met) Parking lot setup unclear—reviews ask about EV infrastructure and lighting but don't confirm availability Operations still getting organized; procedures not yet streamlined Bottom Line: New facility with growing pains. Access is problematic, wait times are substantial, and unload turnaround is unpredictable. Operations appear to be stabilizing but aren't reliable yet.
