Friendly staff. Property is on a hillside with limited room for all the trucks that pulled in. Had to carefully maneuver around to a parking space in gravel lot across from docks after checking in, then was called into a dock within an hour. Thankfully, I scaled my loaded trailer at shipper because they asked for the loaded scale ticket. They also needed an empty scale ticket after loading, so you must drive to the Petro and scale, then go back and give them the empty ticket. That’s inconvenient. 3 hours total.
