Facility info
OPERATIONS Appointment-only facility. Check-in strictly 1 hour before appointment — arriving earlier gets you turned away or a late reschedule. Some flexibility reported for special circumstances (supervisor discretion). Live unload only. Door assignment typically happens at check-in. Unload times: 1-4 hours depending on load complexity. Late fees charged ($135+) if you miss appointment window. Doors open/seal from inside. Closed Sundays; possibly Saturdays. LOAD SECUREMENT Loaders frequently ignore or damage load locks. Facility claims responsibility for damages but loads still secured improperly. Report weight distribution issues before leaving — expect to restack if load is front-heavy or overweight. Scale nearby (10 minutes away at fuel stop). Pre-cool trailers to 20°F minimum or risk being marked late. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking not permitted on property once paperwork complete. Street parking available across facility on side streets. No complaints about restrooms, vending, or food trucks. Guard shack staff generally helpful and courteous, though night shift personnel reported as inconsistent. Receiving/office staff quality varies — some extremely professional and willing to work with drivers, others indifferent or rude. Large lot with ample room for backing. No overnight rest allowed despite having parking capacity. CONSISTENCY ISSUES Wide variation in driver experience — same facility produces 5-star and 1-star reviews. Unload speed inconsistent (30 minutes to 4+ hours). Some drivers report fast, friendly service; others report dismissive or unprofessional treatment from night shift personnel. Load handling quality depends on individual loaders.
Driver reviews
Easy check in. Scan qr code at entry. Sign in and take bols to driver check in. Approximately 1.5 hours to unload. Showed up at 0615 for 0700 appointment and got a door immediately. Do have bathrooms. Plenty of parking, not sure about overnight.
Drivers: please be on time otherwise you’ll spend whole day here, they won’t give you door easily even after pay late fee
Fast unloading, show up on appointment otherwise you have to pay late fee. Must have appointment number starts with 45 or 46 otherwise they’ll not take your load.
This is by far one of the worst companies I've dealt with as a driver. I've been to multiple locations in different cities, and the experience is always the same. They constantly pretend to be extremely busy, yet trucks sit around for hours waiting while nothing seems to be moving. There is no respect for drivers' time, schedules, or appointments.

What makes it even worse is that after keeping you waiting for hours, they still find ways to charge ridiculous late fees. It's hard to understand how a company can waste so much of a driver's time and then turn around and penalize the driver. The lack of organization, communication, and professionalism is unbelievable.

Drivers already deal with enough challenges on the road. The least a warehouse can do is be honest, organized, and respectful. Unfortunately, this company consistently fails in all three areas. No matter which location you visit, the experience seems to be the same. I would not recommend doing business here if you value your time.
