APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED — no walk-ups. Check in 30 minutes before appointment time. They won't start loading before exact appointment time regardless. LOAD TIMES HIGHLY VARIABLE — ranges from 30-45 minutes on good days to 2-8+ hours on bad ones. Most common complaint: taking full 2 hours even for quick loads (appears deliberate). Actual load time often 15-30 minutes; remainder is wait time. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE — go to south side of building (receiving office, not shipping). Bring driver's license and pickup number (7-digit, starts with 106). Get door assignment. Don't break seal until instructed. Place seal and PPW on back of trailer before backing up. FACILITY CONDITIONS — large lot, easy to maneuver, plenty of space. Very clean per multiple reviews. Good bathrooms. PARKING — truck parking available if you arrive early for appointment. No overnight parking (conflicting reviews; assume limited/none). STAFF — mixed bag. Some drivers report friendly, respectful, professional service. Others report poor attitudes from dock and office staff. Dock workers reportedly slow despite being paid hourly. INCONSISTENCY IS THE PATTERN — same facility has glowing reviews and terrible reviews.
