Facility info

Appointment scheduling: Check in early if not busy — they may load you before appointment time. 30-minute late fee: $200. Open 24 hours. Load/unload speed: Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours for unload. Paperwork is the bottleneck — often takes 1–2 additional hours after load is done. Drop and hook available. Check-in procedure: Go to receiving office near door 16. Bring pickup/delivery number, driver's license, company name, truck/trailer numbers, USDOT, cell phone. Fill out form on arrival. Door assignment: Usually immediate. Good dock spacing. Plenty of room to maneuver and back in. Staff attitude: Generally friendly and professional, but priorities don't always align with driver needs — some report being left waiting for paperwork with no follow-up calls. Overnight parking: Available. Small lot (6 spots) gets full quickly. Also possible to park at dock door or on surrounding streets. Bathrooms: Clean restrooms available inside building. Yard conditions: Clean, well-maintained. Good spacing between docks. Easy backing. Trash-free grounds. Other: Reefer required at negative 10°. Full fuel tank mandatory. Vending machines and free food items (hot dogs, burgers, snacks) for drivers reported in some reviews.

Wrost place to come they charge 200 dllr for late. Very very strict to appointment After charging 200 they took almost 5-6 hour to unload and 1 more extra hour to give you a paper work. Only one benefit they have overnight parking

Overnight parking is the only plus. 0800 drop appt. Had to go get the trlr assigned and pull it to the door myself because all the sorry yard driver in the daycab wanted to do was follow me around and tell me to the exact inch how to park my trailer and put the other one on the door. If you see an 8am appt and it's 730. You could at least have the trailer on the door.... at this point it's a live load with a different trailer
