All I can see is WOW!! I purchased my golf cart from these guys about 5 years ago and have had my cart serviced there ever since. The turnaround time, repairs, and service has always been first rate. That said, I need to share with you how these guys really stepped up to the plate today. About 3 months ago, I did a Lithium battery conversion and am so glad that I did. Maintenance free battery (no water checks Yay) and I felt like I went from a 4 cylinder to an 8 cylinder engine. This thing flys now and battery life between charges is fantastic. Unfortunately today my charger, which is built into the cart went out. I called Jenco and Jake, GM took immediate action and actually came out to my house hours later and actually replaced the charger, which was built into the cart. I had some VIP's coming over to ride in the cart and was able to do it thanks to Jake. This type of customer service is few and far between, but Jake and Jenco really delivered. I should also mention that Brad and Tony played an important role trying to solve my problem. This was truly a great team effort. If you are looking for reasonable prices on a new golf cart backed up with expert service, go no farther. Jenco is the one you want.
Terrible experience. The first cart they brung me didn’t work. It worked while the driver was there but it was so loud and kept taking off fast, then he left.. I tried to drive it again but it wouldn’t do anything, it was just making some kind of noise when in reverse. I call the driver back told him what it was doing he came back and got it . He brung me another one b4 6. It was driving but still loud .. so the next day the event I rented it for I realized that it was backfiring and the more I drove it the more it did it. I sent them a text that Monday letting them know what it was doing and what time are they gonna come get it. I received a call from the driver the next 30 minutes saying that he was here to pick up the golf cart, but I never received a text back . So no I do not recommend them, they have poor communication, and all the rented carts are raggedy. They only have one kind which is the club cart… RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! They will never get my business agai
