I’ve used cottonelle toilet paper for years. It appears that Kimberly Clark changed their Cottonelle toilet paper during Covid taking full advantage of shorting us product, making a less durable product ( cheaper) and hiking up prices. They are deceiving consumers by telling us a < 5” roll of TP is the mega roll when the mega roll was > 6” in diameter prior to the pandemic. This is a bait and switch and a deceptive marketing tactic. It’s cheap and disgusting. And it’s atrocious how KC has taken advantage of consumers. Shame!

I buy Kleenex every month for my family. It used to have 160 tissues per box. Now they have 120 and the price is higher!! I thought it was a typo but I have checked several stores and I find that they have done this to us. This is appalling this is how you are price gouging!!<br>We now have to buy the store brand! Shame on Kimberly-Clark for cheating the American consumer!!

I have used the Kotex brand since about 2010. I’ve never steered from this brand and honestly love the hygiene products. I love how they have taken the feedback they received and made changes to the product to make it better for consumers. However , the newest pads on the shelves contain charcoal. The purpose It says is to reduce odor. This actually confused me because we are only supposed to use water “down there” not even soap really. But charcoal is supposed to be okay? I accidentally grabbed a pack of these on my last hygiene spree and just took my chances because i spent the money. BAD IDEA! These pads gave me PH issues i haven’t had in years . It affected my PH for about two weeks following wearing the pads. Up until now, I’ve been using Kotex religiously and never had an issue like that. Please discontinue these products !
