Facility info
OPERATIONS Appointment scheduling: Appointments not reliably honored. Expect to check in and be sent to nearby truck stop (Circle K ~5 min away or QT ~15 min away) to wait for call—sometimes 4-9+ hours. Facility only opens 6:30 AM despite scheduling early appointments. Four dock doors only. Drop trailers prioritized over live loads. Unloading paces vary wildly—some report 30 minutes, others 10+ hours. Staff claims they go by product availability, not appointment time. Live load vs drop: Drop trailers available sometimes (Prime drivers report better luck). Live loads typically wait hours. Check-in: Shipping/Receiving office upstairs (near parked cars). Doors kept locked; need to get staff to let you in. Safety requirements: Bring bolt cutters if receiving sealed loads—facility doesn't have them. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Parking: No overnight parking allowed. Absolutely zero on-site parking during business hours. Must go to nearby truck stops (Circle K or QT). Sheriff actively patrols area and tickets trucks parked on roadside. Facility layout: Extremely tight, poorly designed. V-shaped lot with trailers scattered everywhere. Blind-side backing required from small two-way street (Webb Girth Road). Difficult turnarounds. Soft/unpaved areas prone to pulling trucks sideways. Steep/hilly terrain. Not suitable for large rigs (Pete, Kenworth drivers report particular difficulty). Entrance: Use Lee Land Road entrance. Docks on Webb Girth Road side. Bathrooms: Not mentioned in reviews. Staff attitude: Mixed. Check-in clerk reported as nice; yard manager widely described as rude, miserable, dismissive, and disrespectful. One warehouse manager praised as doing his best with bad situation. Unloading crew occasionally friendly but inconsistent. Yard conditions: Dirt lot, cluttered with trailers, flies from chicken processing, poor smell, generally filthy appearance. Health/sanitation concerns noted. ADDITIONAL NOTES Speed when actually unloading: Fast to moderate (30 min–3 hours once you're at dock), but waits to get door are the killer. Phone reliability: Busy signals reported.
Driver reviews
Check in at 0600 and now is 1337 and still waiting for door
No parking, waiting to be given a dock and unloading is the worst. They definitely don't respect or value a driver time.
DO NOT ACCEPT LOAD FROM HERE OR TO HERE
ITS HALFWAY IMPOSSIBLE TO BACK IN TO DOCK
WHOLE LOT ITS IMPOSIBLE TO DRIVE AND TURN
YOUR LOAD IS NEVER READY ON TIME
YOU GONNA WASTE WHOLE DAY JUST WAITING AND GOING BACK AND FORTH
DO NOT GO HERE PERIOD AT ANY COST AT MONEY
YOU GONNA GET STUCK
REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!
Avoid avoid avoid, if you have chance do not come here. Came at 13pm, was told to come back at 11pm, got call at 20:30 stating they changed my appointment time to the next day!!! Lady who called me didn’t know what time my new appointment time was scheduled for. I guess load you’ll be picking up is not here so it takes time to get to the facility. In this case all about luck… Pre-cool your trailer about 5 to 10 degrees below required temp.
Sooooo slooooow
