Facility info

Wait times: 5-26+ hours common. Load frequently not ready by drop-dead time. Appointment times not honored. Some drivers report in-and-out service if doing drop-and-hook, but unpredictable. Overnight parking: Available but described as dirt lot across street. No facilities access — bathrooms 0.5 miles away at gas station (requires bobtailing). No breakroom, food, or driver services on-site. Employees sometimes block truck entrance/parking areas. Facility layout: Single lane in and out creates bottlenecks. Narrow entrance with immediate hard left turn. Tight yard with equipment in the way. Congested with employee and scrap metal facility traffic. Address listed as Hasty Street, not Secrest Ave. Check-in/gate: Slow guard shack, especially weekends. Guards don't always call when load is ready despite taking phone numbers. Long lines at gate. Yard conditions: Tight, cramped, dirty. Rails and obstacles everywhere. Difficult to maneuver large trucks. Staff/operations: Inconsistent communication. Shipping department described as disorganized and rude. Some staff noted as nice. Load rejections reported due to lack of storage space. Other: On-site scale available (can do axle-by-axle but described as "gross"). Some reports of missing load locks. $200 pay only covers first 5 hours of wait time. Drop-and-hook available but not standard. Bottom line: Expect significant delays, tight maneuvering, zero driver amenities, and poor communication. Plan for extended wait with your own food/supplies.

This isnt even in regards to the location, Tyson food products just suck.<br>Kudos to you if you're capable of enjoying "food" that is incapable of cooking all the way through.

If I could give no stars I would!! They have the entrance for truckers in the most unreasonable spot. You check into guard shack on the opposite side of where you pull in. After you check in, they make you go in the facility to turn around to go back out and park in a dirt lot across the facility. It smells, there's no bathrooms, no trash cans. For the bullpen area, which is parked behind a building on some grass. There are no signs indicating where the truck should and shouldn't go
