Bathrooms available on site — Confirmed by multiple drivers. Staff attitude mixed — Ranges from friendly/nice to dismissive/unprofessional. Security gate staff noted as courteous. Yard is large; navigation confusing — No clear signage from street. Must go around building to door #60 to check in. Drop & hook drivers experience smoother operations — OTR live-load drivers face longest delays.

NEVER purchase an Epson or any other printer from Best Buy if they say the ink is FREE FOR TWO YEARS! UGH...we went through all kinds of HELL with Best Buy and EPSON printers when we bought our printer in good faith that we would get free ink for two years. WE had to follow the instructions and send back. When we did, we got a RTS. We spoke to the EPSON help, they gave us a new address...SAME THING TWO MONTHS LATER! NEVER FALL FOR THIS. We gave up and forfeited $200.00 worth of INK, but Best Buy made their sales! Anyone else have this issue?
We switched to Epson eco tank printers & scanners. In addition to eliminating the costly cartridge system of our former printers, our hardware issues went away. After two years I needed help with a software issue. The woman from Epson that helped me was knowledgeable and stuck with me until the issue was resolved. On a scale of 10, she was an 11. Thank you Epson! Well done!
