This place is great, once you get past the phone call to get checked in. Have had so many issues lately getting checked in. Today, they told me my delivery isn’t scheduled until tomorrow. The load tender and the BOL both say today’s date. They clearly need better help in the call enter or scheduling. They have me down for two deliveries tomorrow. Beginning to really despise this place. The guys unloading are great.

Upon arrival, please park in front of the docks alongside the fence and contact the provided phone number. They offer contactless service. During the call, you will be asked for your BOL number. Subsequently, you will receive a text message containing further instructions and your assigned dock number. For deliveries, please place the necessary paperwork in the rear of the trailer. The unloading process took approximately 30 minutes, which is highly efficient. I hope all receivers operate with similar efficiency.
