APPOINTMENT & CHECK-IN Arrive 30 min–1 hour before appointment time. They won't take early unloads due to limited warehouse space. Early arrivals sometimes allowed but hit-or-miss. Gate check-in required; bring CDL and have seal ready. Check-in paperwork at door 26 (receiving office between doors 29-30) or blue door depending on operation type. DROP & HOOK vs LIVE LOAD Drop and hook available but comes with extra steps: you drop trailer, place jack under it, then must stop at office to get air line lock key. After pickup, you remove jack, remove hand lock, reconnect, drive around building, park, walk lock back to office, get paperwork, wait for yard dog to seal trailer. Process is fast (15 min–1 hour unload) but the lock/jack procedure adds complexity. Some drivers report being taken hours before appointment. WAIT TIMES Highly variable. Some in/out in 30 min–1 hour. Others report 3.5+ hours or stuck until next day. Appears dependent on day of week and staffing. FACILITY CONDITIONS Facility itself is very dirty—shipping/DC office described as filthy with poor floors, walls, and even coffee machine. Guard shack and office staff more professional. Restrooms available and clean, equipped with feminine products. Plenty of backing/maneuvering space. Potholes in drop yard. STAFF ATTITUDE Mixed. Some staff are friendly and professional; others described as rude, dismissive, or unprofessional. Multiple reports of inconsistent treatment based on driver characteristics. One staff member (gate check-in) described as deliberately unresponsive. OVERNIGHT PARKING No on-site overnight parking. Two truck stops nearby: Marathon/Exxon directly across street and another a few blocks away. Limited spots (roughly 10 each); can be full during peak times. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Drivers must wear safety vest when walking paperwork to office. Trailers inspected for cleanliness and fuel level. Seals checked at gate. OTHER Located in rural Ohio. Excessive paperwork/dummy forms. Heavy reliance on drivers to handle jack stands and air locks

NO overnight parking, but there is a place right across the street<br>and an Exxon down the street.<br>As long as locals aren’t using it for a parking lot you can usually find a spot or two…<br>Driver check in by door 26.<br>I basically followed the advice from other truckers posting.<br>A little bit different for me since I showed up after 9 PM to drop a loaded trailer,<br>and I was also going to pick up a loaded trailer and take it to another destination.<br>You need your CDL at the guard shack and of course they are going to check your seal.<br>I had a full trailer of pizza rolls and so they wanted me to drop it in a big empty yard in front of some docks straight ahead from the guard shack.<br>There’s a blue door there where you go up the steps and to the right and that’s where I checked in and gave all my info.<br>In and out in less than 30 minutes !!<br>Shout out to Charles, who was very professional and gave me the rundown of what was expected<br>✌🏼<br>If you’re doing a drop and hook,<br>make sure the trailer is cleaned out and full of fuel…<br>The guards will check it out<br>They want you to drop empties by the fence next to the guard shack and you pick up your loaded trailer on the empty lot to the east of the facility… Can’t miss it
Not bad. Plenty of space. People were professional. The paperwork is redundant and some potholes in the drop yard. Other than that, no problems. Unfortunately, they jave the drivers moving jack stands and locks while the yard guy plays on his phone my entire time here. We are doing the leg work for their safety protocols. Interesting.
