Facility info
Live unload only—single dock operation. Expect 2-4+ hour waits depending on line length. FCFS despite appointment claims. Appointments largely meaningless. Must arrive before 5pm or won't be processed same day. After-hours delivery possible but extremely slow. No formal check-in. Self-sign paperwork, leave copy in mailbox or back of trailer. Staff won't sign BOLs (COVID protocol cited). No instructions provided—figure it out yourself. Drop and hook available at separate lot across street near Love's. Much faster alternative to live load. Live load averages 20-30 mins per truck once at dock, but cumulative wait times kill schedule. No overnight parking at facility. Pilot and Love's truck stops within walking distance. Yard conditions poor: dirt/gravel lot with deep ruts, mud in rain, potholes, debris. Potential tire damage and axle hazards. Dirty conditions throughout. No restroom facilities at dock. No driver amenities. Staff attitudes mixed. Some yard drivers helpful. Receiving manager/staff often described as rude, dismissive, unhelpful. Yard staff reportedly won't answer questions. Can't leave truck unattended in line—must stay alert to know when to pull forward. Manufactures corrugated packaging (paper rolls primary product). Safety concerns: Poor pavement conditions, disorganized traffic flow around single dock area, equipment/metal debris in lot. Some drivers report fast loads (30 mins-1 hour in/out), but majority report multi-hour delays.
Driver reviews
First thing I wanna say is the 2 yard drivers are awesome. They helped me out a lot being that I’ve never been there before.
But the receiving manager, bro, if you are that unhappy with your job. Maybe. You need to do something else. Very unprofessional , major attitude, very rude. very irritated that I was doing a delivery and he had to work. Then he didn’t even let me know that I was done. I seen the green light so I pulled forward and then I went to ask him . For my paperwork so I can take off. He rolls his eyes and tells me I put your paper in the back of the trailer. Like I’m supposed to know that. Out of all the deliveries I have done I have never had a customer signed the paperwork and then put it in the back of the trailer.
And if you do go there be prepared for at least a four hour wait to unload. They only have one loading dock, and when I pulled in there was seven trucks in front of me.
Hope this place goes out of business, nothing but lazy workers. (Especially dock workers) Takes them 8 hours to unload a few rolls.
they make good boxes
If you have paper rolled go to the back of billing
Terrible place, unloading takes forever.
