Loading speed when docked: 30 minutes to 2+ hours per truck. NAVIGATION Building has multiple tenants (Kenco, Scarborough, others). From I-35 southbound: turn right onto Liberty Parkway, go to south end of building, follow road around south side, keep left, then right into parking lot. Check-in location varies by tenant — confirm which door before arriving. Signs inadequate; follow specific driver directions in reviews or call ahead. REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS Plan for extended wait.
