  If I could give them nothing I would . We let our customers choose who will pick up. Most choose Sia and R&L . This time we got this company and I figure they must have been the cheapest . Well the cheapest isn't the best . They are right now 2 1/2 hours late . I will never ship with this company . I see the BOL and there name is picking up and I will call the customer and tell them to find another one . Will update to see how late they are .

  Absolutely trash company. We recently received a Customer Specific Pricing from them and went from using them 5-10% of the time to 60%+. We went from maybe 1-2 issues a month using other carriers, to 10+ a month. ACT constantly loses our pallets, damages the product being shipped, and refuse to reimburse us for the full costs. I've attached a picture of the most recent. I have a signed POD listing the damage and pictures of the damage. They accepted it was their fault, but they limited the claim to $76 when the cost of the goods they damaged is close to $700. I'll never use them again.

  Ship with literally anyone else. Dishonest, disreputable, disgusting business practices. They'll break your items, and claim it was your fault even after one of their employees has claimed fault.
