Truck drivers: The absolute worst truck entrance I’ve ever seen. Do not follow navigation if you do you will end up on a dead end street where you will not have room to turn around. Entrance is located up a winding gravel road you must enter the rock/cement plant make a right and continue on Alder to front gate. No signs at the main employee entrance. No navigation is currently up to date enough to get you there, so good luck. If you come here with a live load make sure you ask for copies of your paper work. Minimum unload time is around 12 hours in most cases so you’ll want to grab an empty on site or elsewhere and leave. 2 stars for friendly staff.

They Took more than twelve hours for unloading ...the reason I am giving 2 stars because they have a nice drivers launge and washrooms..... avoid this place for delivery
They are taking deliveries only by appointments and there is no overnight parking I got unloaded my trailer within six hours.
I received a multi-box Target delivery, but 4 items were missing upon arrival. I contacted customer service and the claims department promptly. The issue was documented but ultimately denied without refund or replacement. I expected a proper investigation into a partial delivery issue, but it was not resolved
