Appointments required — no walk-ins. Must have 4-5 digit confirmation number from dispatcher/broker before arrival or won't be processed. Get it before you show up. Check-in at 7:30 AM — arrive early, process can be slow with multiple drivers. Some inconsistency on actual opening time (stated 7:30 but occasionally delayed). Load/unload times variable — 30 minutes to 6+ hours depending on dock availability, FDA/USDA inspections, and load complexity. Once in a door, typically 45 min–2.5 hours. Don't count on appointments being honored time-wise — delays common even with confirmation. Reefer loads — pre-cool to temperature on rate con before check-in or face $200 fee. Tandem requirements — must slide tandems all the way back, disconnect airline, and place flag tag. Non-negotiable or they won't load. Overnight parking on street only — gate closes at night. Porta potties inside gate near shipping/receiving office. Staging inside during day available while waiting for door assignment.
