Drivers, please be aware that this is the access road to the receiving docks. It is a rough gravel road, so please be extra careful, especially if it’s raining.
That guy Justin in parts is the most rude guy ive ever seen. He didnt even try to help. No way I would have that guy working at my company. These guys took $450 of shipping money for overnight and I didnt get it refunded back when service was not provided. They're telling me they cant go after their fedex commercial account to get a refund. Took 4 days to get my $5000 part. These guys are so quick to take your money and they could care less about customer service. Id rather deal with Petersen industries than Pac-Mac.

If you bringing a load in a dry van that is long crates you gotta go the back of the building
We have a PAC MAC grapple truck and I cannot be more pleased with service tech, Storm, coming and caring for it on a regular basis. It’s refreshing to see a technician so thorough and meticulous when greasing, adjusting and checking specs on the common maintenance items. Thank you!
