  Worst company we've ever had deliver our merchandise. Before our customer even touched the pallet, I got pictures of a very damaged pallet. I also had before pictures. When the pallet was delivered, my customer wanted to write on the delivery ticket that the pallet was damaged, and the items were broken, and the driver told my customer (with me on the phone) that it would be noted on the computer system inside the truck, and nothing needed to be noted on the ticket. When I filed a claim, XPO said because my customer didn't note damaged items on the ticket, it was denied. However, pictures don't lie! I fought this for a year, with no resolution. What a scam! Had I not had a picture of the damaged pallet, I wouldn't even be posting this. However, no one in the management position could ever answer my question of "how can you look at that pallet and deny my claim?" .... a year later I still haven't gotten an answer. I guess my customer was supposed to argue with the driver on the procedure for noting damage. Also, my customer never even signed the delivery ticket. It's blank in that area. XPO says he signed that the items were delivered with no damage. When asked for a copy of that showing his signature, the provided a copy of a delivery ticket not signed by anyone. I don't get it. It's truly the worst run company in the USA.

  Guy running it is very rude. So is their driver. Have changed to a different transport company.
