  This is a coffee company that cannot be trusted. I bought 3 packs of "I Coffee" "Salted Caramel Smooth and Battery, ground coffee, medium roast, 32oz/907g", each pack was over 4oz weight missing!! Which, in total, stole an entire 12-ounce pack of coffee from me! And of course, I would never have known about this if I had not bought a kitchen scale, which I just wanted to check for accuracy. I just weighed different packages from my pantry shelf, - rice, sugar and 1 package of coffee. Rice and sugar turned out to be completely accurate in weight, even couple oz over their printed package weight, but the coffee packaging amazed me! And I just decided to weigh the second two packages, which turned out to be exactly the same in weight - they were 28 ounces in them!! Which suggests it wasn't an accident, it was deliberate theft from the packaging! The package is big and it's almost impossible to feel those 4 ounces while holding it in your hands! But the address of the company was on the package, I found the phone number and called. I was answered by Kees Johnson, a support person, who apologized and explained that yes, they had such a glitch with the scales at some point, but they had already fixed it. And as a recompense, he will send me K- cups to fix the situation. I gave him my address and name, and he said he would do it in a couple of days, which I gratefully agreed to. It's been 3 months now from October 2022, and I've talked to this person three times and he still kept lying to me saying he already mailed it but he doesn't have a tracking number, and he will call me and give me a tracking number... I waited and believed that this would happen. But since two months have passed, I have not received anything. I called again and asked, just to clarify, maybe the package was lost during the delivery process due to the holidays, but as soon as he heard, my voice, he immediately hung up on me!<br>This means that this company cannot be trusted! I'm sur
