  Bad choice. I suggest connect with costco insurance, with inova insurance broker. I paid half the price of intact there.

  Awful experience everytime I have to deal with this company. Particularly Kimoy Brown who is incredibly unprofessional and does not respond to emails. Having read all the other terrible reviews, this makes complete sense and I am now wondering if all the complaints are about the same individual.<br><br>Customers have a year to make the claim but the pressure this woman puts on you is incredibly rude.<br><br>She talks to you like you are below her and uses a tone that is very unnecessary.<br><br>Good luck at keeping clients Intact, you definitely need it.<br><br>She also lied and said I didn't want to repair the vehicle and closed the case when I did not want to close the case. I wanted to wait but that was NOT what she wanted so she made sure it went her way.<br><br>0 stars
